At Opsivision, we transform video data into smart insights for retail spaces using cutting-edge AI and computer vision. As a Developer Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in building and improving the tools that power our platform.
You’ll work alongside experienced developers and product leads, contributing directly to real-world projects — whether it's enhancing front-end dashboards, optimizing video processing pipelines, or helping us scale our backend architecture.
This internship is ideal for someone who’s technically curious, detail-oriented, and excited to apply their coding skills in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Help build, test, and maintain core features of the Opsivision platform
- Contribute to both front-end (React/Next.js) and back-end (Python/FastAPI) projects
- Assist in debugging, performance tuning, and documentation
- Collaborate on new feature design and UX improvements
- Work with real-time data and camera-based AI inputs
Must Have
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Familiarity with Git, APIs, and version control workflows
- Eagerness to learn and work on production-level code
- Valid work permit for Belgium or Portugal (or ability to work remotely from Europe)
Nice to have
- Experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, or cloud services (AWS, GCP)
- Interest in video analytics, AI/ML, or edge computing
- Comfortable using Notion, Figma, or project management tools
