Business Development Intern

SÃO ROQUE DO PICO, Portugal

As a Business Development Intern at Opsivision, you'll help drive growth by identifying new leads, reaching out to prospects, and supporting the commercial strategy of our fast-scaling video intelligence platform.

You’ll work directly with the sales and marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in the B2B SaaS world while sharpening your communication, research, and deal support skills.

This role is perfect for a curious and ambitious profile eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the success of a growing tech startup. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads (outbound + inbound)
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials and sales outreach campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support CRM management and sales reporting
  • Join client meetings and demos to understand client needs

Must Have

  • Background in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • Proactive mindset with good organization skills
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Valid work permit for Belgium or Portugal (if applicable)

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Knowledge of the retail, real estate, or SaaS industry
  • Additional languages (French, Dutch, etc.)
  • Interest in data-driven solutions and analytics
