Prepare

A 30-minute to 1-hour online kickoff. We discuss floor plans, camera positions, the asset's network and then share the estimated results for your asset.

Install

Our technicians visit and install the Opsivision edge device in your technical room. It connects to your existing CCTV, with no inbound communication is done.

Go Live

We check the counts against your existing counter, if you have one. No action needed from your team. You get dashboard access and periodic reports with follow-up meetings covering who gets access and how to use the data and the dashboard.

Dashboard and reports are available 1 to 2 weeks after installation.

Opsivision reaches 95% average accuracy for people counting and gender estimation, and about 80% for age, across seven age groups.
Can it recognise returning customers on different days?
No. Opsivision’s stated product scope does not include linking people across visits.
Who can access the platform?
A single Opsivision account can manage many properties. You decide who sees which properties and data.
How does Opsivision handle privacy and GDPR?
Opsivision is designed to reduce privacy and security risks, and we work with each customer to deploy it in line with GDPR, including legal basis, signage and risk assessment.
