Scope and contact
This notice concerns the Opsivision website and enquiries sent through it. For privacy questions, contact info@opsivision.ai. The organisation responsible for this website is OPSIVISION.AI, LDA, Estrada Transversal, Nº 1, 9940-335 São Roque do Pico, Pico Island, Azores, Portugal.
Enquiry information
The contact form requests your name, work email, company or property and enquiry type. You may also provide a phone number and a message. Please avoid including sensitive information or footage of identifiable visitors in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your enquiry details to respond to your requested business enquiry, discuss relevant capabilities or a potential project, and provide relevant, proportionate follow-up. Our legal basis for this limited purpose is our legitimate interest in handling requested business communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. The form requests contact; it does not book a meeting.
You may object to this processing on grounds relating to your particular situation by contacting info@opsivision.ai. We will assess your objection under the applicable data-protection rules. This legal basis applies to website enquiries, not to camera analytics or advertising tracking.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, GDPR provides rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Contact info@opsivision.ai to raise a privacy question or request. In Portugal, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). You may also contact the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred.
Read the EU’s guidance on data protection and individual rights.
Camera analytics is a separate context
According to Opsivision’s current product description, cross-camera Re-ID is limited to a single visit or session for flow estimation; people are not linked across separate visits or days. The commercial architecture describes local video processing with generated metadata sent to the online platform. Each property needs its own assessment and visitor information, with defined roles, access, retention and safeguards. Same-session matching may involve personal data and is not covered by the website-enquiry legal basis.
